What you will do

• Own demand forecasting for specific European markets and participate in the S&OP process.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and production teams to align on planning strategies.
• Analyze demand patterns and trends to provide actionable insights for forecast accuracy.
• Manage and maintain data within the Kinaxis Rapid Response planning software.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in demand planning, preferably in FMCG.
• Fluency in English and Polish.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with demand planning software such as Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, or SAP IBP.
• Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Power BI.
• Experience with SAP/4HANA.
