What you will do

  • Implement and evaluate AI tooling to improve customer journey efficiency.
  • Optimize Zendesk and Zapier configurations to eliminate process bottlenecks.
  • Map end-to-end digital journeys to ensure seamless customer and agent experiences.
  • Execute data-led experiments to build cases for new automations.
  • Contribute to the CX roadmap by identifying emerging digital infrastructure trends.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience managing automation and AI within a CX context.
  • Working knowledge of Zendesk and Shopify.
  • Ability to think strategically about tool integration and scalable solutions.
  • Strong internal relationship-building and storytelling skills using data.
  • Must be based in Manila, Philippines
