What you will do

  • Resolve technical issues for platforms including TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, YouTube, and Google.
  • Perform tech-heavy investigations using JavaScript, SQL, and log analysis to identify root causes.
  • Analyze, reproduce, prioritize, and document platform bugs for the product development team.
  • Provide consultative guidance to some of the world's largest online performance marketers.
  • Support the launch of new products through Alpha and Beta programs.
  • Cultivate the product feedback loop and improve platform documentation.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the Philippines.
  • 2-3 years of technical support experience in a customer-facing SaaS role.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript and SQL for conducting troubleshooting via logs.
  • Knowledge of databases, HTTP fundamentals, REST APIs, and basic MVC web-application architecture.
  • Fluent spoken and written English.
  • Willingness to work late APAC/early EMEA hours and amenable to weekend on-call shifts.

Nice to have

  • Experience in the AdTech or online marketing industry.
  • Knowledge of modern web technologies like React or AngularJS.
  • Experience with Intercom or similar support tools.
