What you will do
- Resolve technical issues for platforms including TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, YouTube, and Google.
- Perform tech-heavy investigations using JavaScript, SQL, and log analysis to identify root causes.
- Analyze, reproduce, prioritize, and document platform bugs for the product development team.
- Provide consultative guidance to some of the world's largest online performance marketers.
- Support the launch of new products through Alpha and Beta programs.
- Cultivate the product feedback loop and improve platform documentation.
Requirements
- Must be based in the Philippines.
- 2-3 years of technical support experience in a customer-facing SaaS role.
- Proficiency in JavaScript and SQL for conducting troubleshooting via logs.
- Knowledge of databases, HTTP fundamentals, REST APIs, and basic MVC web-application architecture.
- Fluent spoken and written English.
- Willingness to work late APAC/early EMEA hours and amenable to weekend on-call shifts.
Nice to have
- Experience in the AdTech or online marketing industry.
- Knowledge of modern web technologies like React or AngularJS.
- Experience with Intercom or similar support tools.
