What you will do

• Operate, maintain, and repair electrical equipment including fire alarms, motor control centers, and third-party systems.
• Perform daily inspections of lighting, power systems, transformers, and building management systems.
• Execute preventive maintenance programs and maintain detailed service history reports.
• Implement energy-saving measures to optimize operational efficiency and reduce costs.
• Manage spare parts inventory and ensure quality control for purchased materials.
• Provide breakdown support for guest rooms and public area electrical equipment.

Requirements

• Proven experience in electrical maintenance and repair within a commercial or hospitality environment.
• Familiarity with building layouts, safety isolation points, and electrical service systems.
• Ability to perform both electrical and general mechanical maintenance tasks.
• Strong attention to detail regarding inventory management and equipment documentation.
