What you will do

• Partner with leadership to evolve the internal developer platform toward an AI-first model.
• Design and implement self-service infrastructure systems that abstract cloud complexity.
• Build and operate secure, multi-tenant Amazon EKS clusters.
• Develop AI-assisted workflows for incident triage, root cause analysis, and automated remediation.
• Create platform SDKs, CLIs, and service templates to standardize infrastructure consumption.
• Collaborate with application teams, SREs, and security engineers to drive platform adoption.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in infrastructure, SRE, DevOps, or platform engineering.
• Deep expertise in Amazon Web Services (AWS), specifically EKS, IAM, and networking.
• Strong programming skills in Python or Go for production-grade tooling.
• Proven experience building or contributing to internal developer platforms.
• Strong understanding of Infrastructure as Code, GitOps, and cloud-native architectures.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States (implied by US-specific benefits and EEO/FMLA/EPPA compliance).

Nice to have

• Experience integrating AI/LLMs into developer or operational workflows.
• Familiarity with developer portals like Backstage or Port.
