What you will do

• Build and optimize ML models for user behavior prediction across acquisition, engagement, churn, and LTV.
• Conduct in-depth product analysis to identify key metrics and guide feature development.
• Design and analyze A/B and multivariate tests to optimize product features and marketing strategies.
• Develop and deploy ML models for predictive analytics, user segmentation, and personalization using deep learning.
• Lead data science projects from concept to delivery, coordinating with Engineering, Product, and Marketing teams.

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional experience in data science, machine learning, and statistical analysis.
• Proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Strong expertise in SQL for database querying and data manipulation.
• Proven experience in user acquisition modeling and A/B testing methodologies.
• Strong project management and communication skills to translate data into insights.

Nice to have

• Experience with mobile gaming analytics.
• Hands-on experience with Looker for data visualization and reporting.
• Familiarity with ad tech tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Audience Network, or Firebase.
• Knowledge of reinforcement learning applied to gaming or ad optimization.
