What you will do

• Assist financial advisors with the implementation of alternative investments, including private equity and hedge funds
• Develop educational resources and provide insights on alternative investment strategies
• Partner with operations and compliance teams to ensure smooth onboarding and servicing
• Respond to advisor inquiries regarding product capabilities and operational workflows
• Leverage technology to drive process efficiencies within team workflows
• Apply portfolio management concepts to integrate alternatives into broader financial plans

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 2+ years of experience with investment solutions in insurance or financial services
• Series 7 certification (at time of application or within 90 days of start)
• Location: Must be based in Boston, MA

Nice to have

• 1+ years experience with complex solutions like Private Equity or Private Credit
• Strong relationship-building skills across internal teams and advisors
