Location: Hybrid (Hamburg, Germany). The role requires 3 core office days per week.

What you will do

• Create, analyze, and communicate reports and statistics for business teams and partners.
• Gather, validate, and document business requirements.
• Analyze commercial data including revenues, CPIs, and other key performance indicators.
• Model business processes and identify opportunities for operational improvements.
• Evaluate the business impact, risks, and benefits of proposed solutions.
• Implement and test new solutions to ensure alignment with business goals.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in data analysis within the adtech or gaming industry.
• Strong business orientation with the ability to connect data insights to business value.
• Ability to translate technical issues into clear business language.
• Competence in communicating with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience with visual analytic platforms.
• Proactive approach with strong critical thinking skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with SQL.
