About the Role

You will design and implement secure, scalable features for the dashboard with a focus on user authentication, access control, and governance. You will build and maintain API services powering dashboard functionality using Golang Java Python or Kotlin. You will collaborate with cross functional teams to integrate front end and back end, create and maintain shared libraries and components, implement monitoring and observability with Datadog, drive architectural improvements to enhance reliability and security, and mentor junior team members.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience building and maintaining production-grade web applications and services
• Strong proficiency in at least one of Golang, Java, Python, or Kotlin
• Experience with cloud-native infrastructure and tools such as Kubernetes, Docker, Kafka, and AWS services
• Track record of designing and implementing IAM, RBAC systems, or identity management solutions
• Expertise in API design and development, with a focus on security and scalability
• Strong understanding of authentication and authorization protocols
• Excellent collaboration skills with demonstrated ability to work across teams
• Demonstrated experience using AI tools to improve how you work

Responsibilities

• Implement robust monitoring and observability using Datadog
• Drive technical decisions and architectural improvements that enhance platform reliability and security
• Participate in code reviews and mentor junior team members
