What you will do

• Provide a full range of fund administration services specifically for Hedge Funds.
• Apply accounting principles to financial reporting and review transaction and valuation information.
• Prepare NAV (Net Asset Value), perform reconciliations, and manage period-end processes.
• Manage deliverables for diversified fund structures, including PE, RE, and multi-asset funds.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors to handle queries and support audit processes.
• Manage direct client-facing communication and resolve day-to-day queries.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in accounting or fund accounting.
• Strong grounding in fund accounting principles and NAV preparation.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple deliverables, and meet tight deadlines.
• Location: Must be based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience handling Japanese (JP) clients or working with Japan-based stakeholders.
• Direct client-facing experience via emails and calls.
• Exposure to statutory or investor financial statement preparation.
