What you will do

• Develop, implement, and optimize profitable trading strategies across CeFi and DeFi markets.
• Support 24/7 trading, monitoring, and risk management of digital asset strategies.
• Identify and capitalize on market inefficiencies across exchanges, instruments, and protocols.
• Collaborate with traders, quants, and engineers to improve execution, tooling, and trading infrastructure.
• Contribute research and market insights to improve strategy portfolios and team performance.

Requirements

• Experience at a leading proprietary trading firm or a proven, significant track record of profitability.
• Ownership of trading strategies running in production.
• Experience in low-latency CeFi trading, on-chain DeFi trading, or both.
• Strong understanding of execution, liquidity, and market dynamics.
• Experience with latency-sensitive systems and exchange APIs.
• Strong quantitative, programming, and data-handling skills, including Python and SQL.
