What you will do

• Generate and implement new trading strategies across various cryptocurrency exchanges while managing associated risks
• Conduct research and backtesting to capitalize on market opportunities and leverage team expertise
• Manage trading positions and ensure accurate data capture for all activities
• Identify new international market opportunities and products aligned with strategic growth
• Collaborate with the global digital assets team to share market insights
• Drive technical improvements and automate daily trading desk processes

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in market making on cryptocurrency exchanges
• University degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Econometrics, Engineering, Finance, or a related field
• In-depth knowledge of digital asset trading and global exchange operations
• Strong initiative with a competitive, goal-oriented mindset
• Keen interest in quantitative systems and analytical problem solving
