What you will do

• Build and ship product features across the X Ads Platform.
• Develop systems for ad delivery, targeting, optimization, and measurement.
• Leverage hirify.global’s infrastructure and AI stack to enhance advertising quality and performance.
• Contribute to reliable, fast, and scalable distributed systems.
• Collaborate with engineers and product leads to turn ideas into working products.
• Debug and maintain production systems that drive significant business impact.

Requirements

• Strong software engineering fundamentals and ability to write clean, maintainable code.
• Experience building software through internships, projects, research, or full-time roles.
• Interest in backend systems, distributed systems, data pipelines, or AI applications.
• Strong ownership mindset and a bias toward action.
• Location: Must be based in Palo Alto, CA.

Nice to have

• Experience with ads, recommendations, search, ranking, marketplaces, or growth systems.
• Proficiency in React, Golang, Python, Rust, gRPC, Java, or Scala.
