What you will do

• Lead EUV Plasma research projects within the S-Next program, aligning roadmaps with program objectives.
• Create and maintain detailed project plans, including test planning, execution, and report generation.
• Coordinate technical concepts and design experimentation to validate scientific hypotheses.
• Drive innovation in EUV power and stability by collaborating with Controls, Software, and laser scientists.
• Manage resources, budgets, and timelines across cross-functional teams.
• Report project progress to senior management and ensure system-wide performance targets are met.

Requirements

• BS or MS degree in physics, plasma engineering, photonics, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in the specified technical fields.
• Proven track record of project management and leadership through the full project life-cycle.
• Hands-on experience with complex system design, build, characterization, and troubleshooting.
• Legal authorization to access controlled technology as defined by US Export Administration Regulations.
• Ability to clearly and logically communicate complex ideas to various audiences.
