What you will do

• Create, coordinate, and publish project deliverables including drawings, models, and technical documentation.
• Perform layout and design of structural systems while ensuring adherence to project specifications.
• Review and back-check designs and work produced by entry and intermediate-level designers for accuracy.
• Conduct field surveys of existing conditions to support design development.
• Coordinate with internal and external trades to resolve conflicts and ensure project alignment.
• Provide technical guidance and assist with engineering calculations under the supervision of project engineers.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work onsite in South Burlington, VT.
• Proven experience in architectural or structural design with a working knowledge of relevant systems.
• Ability to work as a standalone entity with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail for back-checking designs and documentation.
• Proficiency in preparing plans, sections, elevations, and construction details.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
