What you will do

• Manage digital delivery performance and execution across assigned projects and portfolios.
• Develop project-specific digital delivery execution plans, including workflows and tool alignment.
• Drive the adoption and enforcement of Digital Delivery standards, tools, and platforms.
• Track delivery performance indicators (quality, efficiency, utilization, risk) and report on team capacity.
• Directly manage, coach, and forecast resource needs for Digital Delivery staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Architecture, Construction, Technology, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in BIM, Digital Delivery, or Design Technology.
• 2+ years of leadership or management experience preferred.
• Proficiency in digital delivery tools including Autodesk Forma, Dynamo, Python, Revit, and Navisworks.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
