What you will do

• Perform quality audit file reviews and lead targeted audits to ensure compliance with state and federal laws.
• Analyze claims performance in areas of loss control, LAE, and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain claim procedure and training manuals for the claims organization.
• Collaborate with IT to identify technical improvements and develop system enhancements.
• Facilitate the calibration process for claim managers and the audit team.
• Translate quality review results into actionable insights and key opportunity areas.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in the Property and Casualty (P&C) insurance industry.
• Deep knowledge of insurance industry trends, claims handling, and multi-state compliance laws.
• Experience handling subrogation, property damage, and injury claims.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to analyze complex QA data elements.
