Salary: $130,000 – $150,000

What you will do

• Lead the planning and execution of internal and external audits to assess organizational alignment to required standards.
• Maintain deep expertise in compliance frameworks including FedRAMP, CMMC, FISMA, SOC, PCI, ISO, and HIPAA.
• Manage and maintain the company Process Asset Library (PAL).
• Oversee the certification renewal process for all industry-required certifications.
• Collaborate with executive and operational leaders to ensure timely completion of corrective and preventive actions.
• Drive a culture of continuous process improvement across the organization.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with internal audits and quality management in a regulated environment, preferably cybersecurity.
• Must verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States.
• Certifications in the quality field (e.g., ISO 17020, ISO lead auditor, CMMI Associate, Lean Six Sigma).
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
