Salary: $120,000 - $140,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Coordinate highly technical commercial design projects across multiple geographic regions.
• Lead client meetings and maintain strong professional relationships through result-oriented service.
• Develop project priorities, schedules, and manage bidding and construction procurement.
• Conduct Quality Control/Assurance reviews and provide training to the technical team.
• Support the construction process by managing RFIs, submittals, and approved change orders.
• Perform building assessments and site visits based on project requirements.

Requirements

• California Licensed Architect.
• Accredited Architectural Degree or equivalent.
• 10 years of experience in design, construction documents, and construction administration.
• Strong skills and work experience in AutoCAD is a MUST.
• US Citizenship or Permanent Resident Work Authorization Required.
• Portfolio with project examples of similar work experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with building renovations and applying ADA requirements.
• Knowledge of fire resistive designs and egress analysis for existing buildings.
• Experience in elevator designs.
• Experience collaborating with State Fire Marshals and other AHJ inspectors.
• Proficiency in Revit.
