What you will do

• Prepare and manage laboratory samples for testing and development.
• Conduct tests and trials for new products, improvements, and raw material evaluation.
• Analyze competitor products and perform physical/chemical characterization and stability studies.
• Calibrate and verify laboratory equipment while maintaining proper documentation.
• Provide technical support to Technical Service, Quality, and Production teams.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and manage laboratory supplies and archiving.

Requirements

• High school diploma (12th grade) in a scientific field or 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Technical-professional training in laboratory functions.
• Oral and written fluency in English.
• Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of adhesive lab testing procedures.
• Ability to work without continuous supervision.
