Location: Hybrid (Must be based in the UK and work from the London office at least two days per week)

Salary: £93,797 - £126,902 / year

What you will do

  • Lead a team of Account Managers, providing performance feedback, coaching, and career development.
  • Own segment-level renewal health, GRR, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Drive resource prioritization across Professional Services, EMS, and Support to maximize customer impact.
  • Partner with Sales, Product, and leadership to align customer outcomes with business goals.
  • Monitor key performance metrics including expansion targets and customer health.
  • Foster a high-performance, customer-centric culture aligned with company values.

Requirements

  • Experience leading a team of 5+ Account Managers or Sales Reps for 2+ years.
  • Strong communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams and lead through ambiguity.
  • Interest in AI and willingness to explore AI-driven solutions for performance efficiency.
  • Must be able to work from the London office at least two days per week.
