What you will do

• Conduct live, interactive training sessions and workshops for experienced QA engineers.
• Create lesson content, manuals, assessments, draft slides, and screencasts.
• Participate as a speaker in learning videos and help design the course final project.
• Review and incorporate learner feedback to improve session and content design.
• Coordinate with the curriculum team to align async and live materials.
• Run Q&A sessions and communicate with students.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional QA engineering experience.
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted QA/testing tools and proven successful use cases.
• Comfort with test strategy, automation approaches, and modern QA tooling in high-compliance, high-reliability environments.
• Ability to explain complex QA and fintech concepts clearly and turn them into actionable learning experiences.
• Fluent spoken and written English; Russian language required (some students speak Russian).
• Availability for 10–15 hours per week.
