What you will do

• Review and refine AI-generated content related to business leadership, operations, and strategic planning.
• Evaluate AI-generated solutions for real-world viability and alignment with industry best practices.
• Draft scenarios, case studies, and thought leadership pieces based on executive management experience.
• Create scenario variations from the perspectives of different organizational stakeholders, such as board members and department heads.
• Identify unrealistic assumptions and operational gaps in AI material, providing clear, actionable feedback.

Requirements

• Senior business leadership experience (Managing Director or similar) in organizational management and transformation.
• Must be located in the EU or UK.
• Proven ability to lead teams, set strategic direction, and drive organizational success.
• Expertise in reviewing operational strategies and change management plans.
• Ability to provide structured and constructive feedback.
• Availability for 8–20 hours per week.
