What you will do

• Review and improve AI-generated content related to operations strategy, process optimization, and change management.
• Evaluate AI outputs for realistic operational reasoning, practical relevance, and alignment with best practices.
• Develop real-world operational scenarios and case studies based on professional leadership experience.
• Create scenario variations from different operational perspectives, such as VP Operations or department heads.
• Identify and address incomplete reasoning or gaps in AI-generated operational content.

Requirements

• Senior-level operations executive experience (VP, COO, or department lead).
• Substantial professional experience in the EU or UK.
• Expertise in leading large operations, optimizing processes, and driving organizational performance.
• Ability to work independently and provide detailed, constructive feedback.
• Availability for 8–20 hours per week with consistent communication.
