What you will do

• Design project-specific training collateral, including written guides, rubrics, and assessments, within tight timelines (24–48 hours).
• Translate complex technical task requirements into clear and actionable instructions for contributors.
• Analyze learner performance data and error patterns to identify training gaps and design targeted interventions.
• Train and coach operations staff on instructional design principles and quality assessment methods.
• Build reusable content templates and frameworks to ensure training consistency across diverse projects.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to suggest tooling improvements that support learning at scale.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in instructional design, training, or technical content creation.
• Proven ability to simplify complex concepts for non-expert audiences.
• Experience developing high-quality training materials under strict deadlines.
• Strong written communication and structured thinking skills.
• Ability to use performance metrics to analyze and improve training programs.

Nice to have

• AI/ML background or understanding of training methodologies like SFT, RLHF, and model evaluation.
• STEM degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• Experience with LMS platforms or annotation tools such as Scale, Labelbox, or Prodigy.
• Background in customer success enablement or technical consulting.
