What you will do

• Lead the regional team and manage access programs by coordinating with hospitals, pharmacies, and distributors.
• Maintain continuous communication with healthcare providers, patients, and charities to ensure program efficiency.
• Oversee patient enrollment and evaluate financial eligibility for program participation.
• Prepare detailed monthly monitoring reports and quarterly quality assurance reports for internal and client review.
• Manage the timely delivery of drugs to patients and report adverse events as per pharmacovigilance requirements.
• Perform administrative office duties and conduct home visits for patient classification when necessary.

Requirements

• Must be based in or be able to work in Dubai and Northern Emirates, UAE.
• 2-5 years of professional experience in nursing or the healthcare sector.
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English.
• Strong communication skills for managing diverse stakeholders.
• Experience in data monitoring and management.
