What you will do

• Define and own the product-wide test strategy across functional, integration, end-to-end, regression, performance, and security testing.
• Establish and maintain robust test automation frameworks and pipelines using AI-native tooling like mabl.
• Champion API testing for backend and service layers using Postman, Newman, and Bruno.
• Implement and optimize CI/CD quality gates and test execution within GitLab for reliable releases.
• Develop executive-ready coverage reporting and quality dashboards covering unit, component, and UI/API suites.
• Drive end-to-end coverage for quote-to-cash scenarios and manage bug triage and root-cause analysis.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Quality Assurance for SaaS or enterprise software at a lead level.
• Expertise in building scalable UI and API automation with strong programming fundamentals.
• Success integrating automated test suites into CI/CD and optimizing quality gates.
• Deep domain understanding of RevOps processes and quote-to-cash data flows.
• Proficiency with SQL and test data management strategies.
• Must be based in Canada.

• Salesforce certifications and experience.
• Experience configuring and scaling mabl (cloud execution, parallelization).
• Exposure to performance testing and observability-driven quality insights.
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks in SaaS environments.
