What you will do

• Collaborate with development and product teams to design test scenarios, cases, and checklists.
• Execute manual, regression, smoke, and exploratory testing to validate new and existing features.
• Identify, document, and track software defects to ensure efficient resolution.
• Coordinate test activities across teams and report on release quality metrics.
• Contribute to the automated testing strategy and drive continuous improvements in test coverage.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior and mid-level QA engineers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM engineering discipline.
• 5-8+ years of experience in Quality Assurance.
• Strong understanding of QA principles, methodologies, and techniques.
• Technical knowledge of test environment setup, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to create test plans even when requirements are incomplete or unclear.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
