Location: Must be based in the US and able to overlap with US Pacific timezone morning meetings at least twice a week.

What you will do

• Design ad creatives and blog assets that translate complex topics like accessibility law and compliance standards into well-crafted visuals.
• Create editorial layouts for guides and reports with a strong focus on typography, hierarchy, and grid systems.
• Produce motion design and video editing to bring static assets and product spotlights to life.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with brand, content, product, and digital marketing teams.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of design experience with a portfolio demonstrating illustration and editorial range.
• Fluency in Figma and experience designing within a layered brand system.
• Ability to execute motion design and video editing independently using After Effects and Premiere Pro.
• Comfortable prompting and iterating with AI and generative image tools.
• Must be based in the US with the ability to overlap with US Pacific timezone mornings.
