What you will do

• Create application UIs and server logic automation using no-code designer tools and BPMN notation.
• Design and configure RESTful APIs, SOAP interfaces, and webhooks for seamless system integration.
• Architect database structures using the hirify.global Objects designer to ensure scalability and data integrity.
• Decompose user stories into executable technical tasks for no-code implementation.
• Perform market research and gather customer feedback through interviews to identify product improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with QA engineers to ensure robust manual and automated testing of solutions.

Requirements

• Proven experience in business analysis, market research, and gathering requirements.
• Knowledge of T-SQL, database relationships, and complex query fundamentals.
• Proficiency in BPMN notation for accurate business process modeling.
• Experience working within IT software development teams.
• Ability to configure information systems using UI-based tools.
• English proficiency required for collaboration with international stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with CRM, BPM, or other No-Code platforms.
