What you will do

• Diagnose and resolve technical issues within the GTM tech ecosystem, including HubSpot, Salesforce, Demandbase, Gong, and Vercel.
• Develop and maintain automation and integrations in GTM tools to ensure robust performance and reliability.
• Configure HubSpot Workflows, APIs, Custom Objects, and integrations.
• Configure Salesforce Flows, Custom Objects, and integrations.
• Serve as the primary contact for user support and manage support requests via the ticketing system.
• Update and maintain support documentation and FAQs to assist users with common issues.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in system administration for HubSpot or Salesforce.
• Fundamental knowledge of CRM and Marketing Automation Platforms (MAP).
• Intermediate knowledge of SQL, JSON, automation, and scripting skills.
• Strong analytical abilities to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Nice to have

• Experience in technical support of enterprise applications.
• Certifications in supported applications like HubSpot or Salesforce.
• Experience in the logistics, freight, or transportation industry.
• Knowledge of Apex, LWC, Python, R, or Mulesoft.
