What you will do

• Lead end-to-end hiring strategies for the Operations organization in a high-volume environment.
• Act as a strategic hiring partner for Operations leaders to align recruiting with business goals.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for operational and high-volume roles.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners and People Operations to ensure seamless hiring processes.
• Drive recruiting performance using data, analytics, and continuous process improvement.
• Design and optimize scalable recruiting processes in a fast-growing environment.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, focusing on Operations, Customer Support, Logistics, or BPOs.
• Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Lead, Recruiting Manager, or Senior Recruiter.
• Strong expertise in workforce planning, talent pipelining, and sourcing strategies.
• Data-driven mindset with experience using recruiting metrics and funnel analytics.
• Fluent English and Spanish are required.
• Must be based in Colombia (Hybrid setup).
