What you will do

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including stand-ups, planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Manage and groom the product backlog while maintaining project documentation and status reporting.
• Execute functional, integration, and regression testing using Playwright, Cypress, and Selenium.
• Perform digital accessibility evaluations per WCAG 2.1 AA and Section 508 standards.
• Conduct load and performance testing using tools like NeoLoad or JMeter.
• Collaborate with developers to define acceptance criteria and ensure testability of user stories.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in software quality assurance and testing.
• U.S. citizenship or current full-time work authorization in the U.S.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability Determination.
• Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright) using Java or JavaScript.
• Proficiency in API testing tools like Postman and Rest Assured.
• Working knowledge of digital accessibility testing (WCAG 2.1 AA, Section 508).

Nice to have

• DHS Trusted Tester certification.
• Experience with federal government projects.
• Familiarity with microservices architecture and container-based deployments.
• ISTQB or IAAP certifications.
