What you will do

• Conduct high-volume strategic outbound outreach calls (80% of volume) using the Five9 dialing system.
• Guide eligible patients step-by-step through application workflows for Medicaid, Medicare, and the ACA Marketplace.
• Manage patient rosters to cross-reference demographics and verify eligibility parameters for successful enrollment.
• Accurately track patient touchpoints and qualification statuses within Salesforce CRM.
• Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA regulations to secure Protected Health Information (PHI).
• Manage multiple cloud software interfaces and communication queues simultaneously.

Requirements

• Fluent bilingual communication in English paired with conversational or professional proficiency in Mandarin, Cantonese, or Vietnamese.
• Proven background in outbound call campaigns, telesales, or high-volume phone customer service.
• Technical agility to operate automated dialers and enterprise CRM systems.
• Strong empathetic communication skills and patience in helping individuals with federal paperwork.
• Secure home office with a reliable high-speed internet connection for VoIP software.
• Ability to work 40 hours per week within US time zones.
