What you will do

• Design, develop, and implement infrastructure for CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Operate Keycloak/RHSSO-based IAM capabilities on Kubernetes to enable secure SSO and machine-to-machine access.
• Standardize deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting practices using GitOps (Argo CD) and Helm charts.
• Conduct performance analysis, tuning, and error analysis for IAM services.
• Support project teams in development, quality assurance, and product release planning.
• Research and prototype innovative technologies to improve the operating model and automation.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a DevOps/Platform Engineer with hands-on production Kubernetes operations.
• Solid understanding of OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and JWT-based authentication.
• Practical experience with GitOps delivery using Argo CD and containerization with Docker.
• Proficiency in scripting with Python and Bash for automation.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitLab) and PostgreSQL operational tasks.
• English: B2 (Upper Intermediate) required.
• Location: Must be based in Slovakia.

Nice to have

• Experience with Go or Java for automation and extensions.
• Experience with AWS or other cloud platforms.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and SAFe methodologies.
