TL;DR
Senior DevOps Engineer (GCP): Designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code for a central authentication service with an accent on automation, scalability, and system stability. Focus on modernizing infrastructure via AI migration initiatives, optimizing Kubernetes orchestration, and ensuring high availability for millions of daily users.
Location: Remote working possibility is available only within Slovakia or onsite in Kosice

What you will do
- Design, develop, and implement infrastructure for CI/CD pipelines to streamline software deployment.
- Manage source code, configuration management, and release processes.
- Ensure system infrastructure stability and operational performance for a high-load authentication hub.
- Lead AI migration initiatives to modernize capabilities in cooperation with the AI SWAT team.
- Conduct performance analysis, troubleshooting, and root-cause investigations.
- Evaluate and implement innovative technologies aligned with the organization's strategy.
Requirements
- Advanced experience with GitLab CI/CD and Jenkins.
- Expert-level skills in Bash, Python, and Linux operational environments.
- Expertise in Docker and advanced experience with Kubernetes orchestration.
- Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Ansible, Terraform, or Puppet.
- Experience working with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- English proficiency at B2 level and must be based in Slovakia for remote work.
Nice to have
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools like ELK, Prometheus, and Grafana.
- Experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and SAFe.
