Salary: $20 - $24 an hour

What you will do

• Set up machines accurately for builds and manage machine turnover according to established procedures.
• Remove completed builds and perform breakout processes.
• Handle raw materials, including blending recipes and performing powder sieve or vat stir processes.
• Perform light machine maintenance and ensure overall cleanliness of the lab.
• Collaborate with pre- and post-build teams on timelines and troubleshoot build crashes.
• Maintain inventory and supply levels while following all safety and quality checklists.

Requirements

• Computer aptitude for Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and complex database applications.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to follow detailed instructions.
• High attention to detail and proven problem-solving skills.
• Physical ability to work while standing up to 75% of the time and lift up to 70 pounds.
• Must meet ITAR eligibility requirements (U.S. Citizen, Green Card, or Refugee/Asylee status).

• Prior experience in a manufacturing environment.
