What you will do

• Analyze and optimize production processes to increase efficiency, ensure quality, and reduce operational costs.
• Manage production data and optimize shopfloor layouts, equipment workstations, and Visual Management.
• Implement and maintain 5S practices to improve organizational efficiency.
• Lead daily Shopfloor Performance Dialogue Meetings (PDM), analyzing production loss data and maintaining the database.
• Perform root cause analysis to identify trends and support problem-solving activities.
• Ensure strict compliance with safety and quality standards and maintain technical documentation.
