What you will do

• Maintain technical content, including user and developer guides, API references, SDKs, and code samples for multiple products.
• Partner with product managers and engineers to understand feature technology and documentation requirements.
• Collaborate with the writing team to ensure documentation is clear, concise, accurate, and usable.
• Advocate for users during feature development to enhance workflows and product usability.

Requirements

• English: Excellent written and verbal communication skills (C1+).
• Technical knowledge of software development workflows and concepts.
• Ability to simplify sophisticated technical concepts into user-focused documentation.
• Ability to work effectively in a globally distributed team across different timezones.
• Must be based in the UK; relocation support and work visa/immigration sponsorship are not available.

Nice to have

• Experience with object-oriented programming languages, game development, or real-time 3D development.
• Experience with source control software such as Git or Subversion.
