TL;DR
DevOps Specialist (ERP & Salesforce): Managing and improving ERP and Salesforce environments to strengthen the digital backbone and support digital transformation with an accent on application stability, security, and integration. Focus on automating processes, coordinating releases, and ensuring seamless data flows between internal and external systems.
Location: Hybrid (50% office in The Hague, 50% remote). Must reside in the Netherlands or EU/EEA; no visa sponsorship provided.
Salary: €3,234 – €4,800 gross per month (based on 36h/week).

What you will do
- Administer and configure ERP (Unit4, SAP) or Salesforce environments to ensure stability and security.
- Identify and implement process improvements and automation to reduce manual work and improve efficiency.
- Manage software updates, patches, releases, and stakeholder communication regarding system changes.
- Maintain APIs and data flows in collaboration with the Integration Engineer.
- Monitor system performance, application health, and conduct root-cause analysis for incidents.
- Coordinate with vendors and implementation partners on roadmaps, development, and escalations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in functional and technical application management.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems or Salesforce (depending on the specific role).
- Strong understanding of CI/CD, automation, APIs, and SQL data query skills.
- Must be based in the Netherlands or EU/EEA.
- Professional English proficiency required; Dutch is an advantage.

- Professional certifications in DevOps, ERP, or Salesforce.
