What you will do
- Develop a security platform to process, enrich, and connect quality and security findings to improve the security posture view.
- Implement large-scale data pipelines to ingest and aggregate data, delivering prioritized actionable lists of findings.
- Design complex data models to enable analysts to extract meaningful insights from processed security data.
- Ensure high data quality, reliability, and observability within production environments.
- Create analytical insights and dashboards to facilitate the prioritization of risks.
- Collaborate closely with platform engineering and DevOps teams to align on shared pipelines and contracts.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science or a related field.
- At least 4 years of relevant experience in data engineering, building and operating scalable data platforms in production.
- Strong programming skills in Python following software engineering best practices.
- Hands-on experience with Databricks (Delta Lake, Structured Streaming, Unity Catalog) and Medallion architecture.
- Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Terraform) and working in containerized environments.
- Ability to translate product needs into data logic and risk-based insights.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with GraphQL, schema-first APIs, and graph technologies like Neo4j.
- Experience with AI or LLM-driven analytics and insights.
- Knowledge of risk/threat modeling frameworks such as MITRE ATT&CK.
- Experience with security data domains including SAST, DAST, SCA, and vulnerability management.
