What you will do

• Perform electro-mechanical operations on PCBs and complete high voltage power supply assemblies.
• Execute rework and repair operations on production systems and service units.
• Read and interpret assembly prints, process specifications, and work instructions.
• Conduct soldering, wire cutting, stripping, and crimping using hand tools and semi-automatic equipment.
• Ensure daily throughput requirements are met based on product complexity.
• Adhere to strict gowning and PPE requirements in controlled environments.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 2-5 years of electromechanical assembly experience.
• Solder certification to IPC A-610 and/or J-STD-001.
• Proficiency in Windows and MS Office.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on feet for 8+ hours.
• Must be authorized to work in the US (ITAR regulations).

Nice to have

• Experience with encapsulation and media blasting.
• Knowledge of oil processing, filling, and high-voltage soldering techniques.
