What you will do

• Administer IT infrastructure components including servers, operating systems, networks, virtualization, and monitoring tools.
• Manage Active Directory environments, including domains, GPOs, OUs, and security/LDAP groups.
• Administer Microsoft 365 services, with a focus on SharePoint Online Site Collection and Teams governance.
• Support cloud environments (AWS, Azure, M365), handling account management, security policies, and cost control.
• Manage service requests and assets via ServiceNow and related DWP/IRM tools.
• Troubleshoot incidents, document technical procedures, and produce detailed reports.

Requirements

• Experience with Windows Server (2019–2022) and Linux.
• Proficiency in networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN) and Active Directory.
• Basic scripting skills in PowerShell and Bash.
• Hands-on experience with M365, SharePoint Online, Azure, and AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, IAM).
• Knowledge of infrastructure operations, including patching, backups, and disaster recovery.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
