What you will do

• Manage AP balances, process vendor invoices, and maintain approval flows and payments.
• Conduct reconciliation of company vendors, bank accounts, and credit card activities.
• Prepare and submit VAT and tax returns.
• Review and record expense reports in accordance with company policy.
• Assist with month-end processes, including reconciliations, provisions, monthly reports, and consolidation.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial procedures.

Requirements

• Certified bookkeeper (Minimum level 2).
• 3-4 years of proven bookkeeping experience in a High-tech/startup company.
• Verbal and written English skills.
• Experience in Microsoft Office, with a strong emphasis on Excel.
• Experience working with SBO and multi-currency environments.
• Ability to work independently under established policies and regulations.
