Equity Manager

Location: Tel Aviv-Yafo, Israel; hybrid work with regular in-office collaboration and the ability to work partially from home.

What you will do

• Act as the equity focal point for Finance, Legal, and HR.
• Administer the company’s equity plans, including grants, vestings, exercises, releases, cancellations, forfeitures, ESPP, and employee mobility.
• Maintain the equity database and manage the relationship with the third-party stock plan administrator.
• Oversee tax withholding, local payroll reporting, fund disbursements, and equity-related tax matters across jurisdictions.
• Perform month-end closing procedures and support public reporting under ASC 718.
• Manage statutory compliance, SOX controls, blackout periods, and employee presentations or training sessions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Economics, Accounting, Law, or an equivalent field.
• At least 3 years of experience in equity management and related processes.
• Strong knowledge of equity administration and Finance, Legal, and HR requirements.
• Experience with global equity administration tools and prior experience in high-tech companies.
• Experience using AI tools for Equity and Finance.
• Excellent English, advanced Excel skills, and experience working with large databases.
