What you will do

• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot Azure local and on-premises infrastructure (2nd/3rd level support).
• Manage incident, change, and problem management tickets for hybrid cloud services.
• Deploy and manage Azure Stack, Virtual Networks, Storage Accounts, VMs, and Azure Active Directory.
• Collaborate with customers, vendors, and internal teams on local/hybrid cloud implementation projects.
• Drive automation and optimization initiatives to improve system reliability and security.
• Provide technical consultation and documentation for new Azure technology onboarding.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in cloud and infrastructure operations.
• Expertise in Azure local/hybrid environments, including RBAC, Networking, and Storage.
• English: B2 (Upper Intermediate) level required.
• Must be based in Slovakia due to taxation regulations.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills in critical environments.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with PowerShell, Azure CLI, or Terraform.
• Microsoft Certifications: AZ-104 (Administrator Associate) or AZ-305 (Solutions Architect).
• ITIL Foundation certification.
• Proficiency in German.
