What you will do

  • Execute Customer Care strategies decided by the management team.
  • Build and maintain relations with B2C and B2B customers.
  • Ensure a positive customer experience via phone, email, and social media channels.
  • Log customer contact information according to company policy.
  • Monitor personal performance to achieve Customer Care objectives.

Requirements

  • Previous work experience in Customer Care or Sales.
  • Written and oral fluency in Czech and English.
  • Availability to work full-time from Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
  • Must be based in Prague.
