What you will do
- Execute Customer Care strategies decided by the management team.
- Build and maintain relations with B2C and B2B customers.
- Ensure a positive customer experience via phone, email, and social media channels.
- Log customer contact information according to company policy.
- Monitor personal performance to achieve Customer Care objectives.
Requirements
- Previous work experience in Customer Care or Sales.
- Written and oral fluency in Czech and English.
- Availability to work full-time from Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
- Must be based in Prague.
