What you will do

• Lead the development of technical areas including deployment, monitoring, databases, and load balancing.
• Coordinate project teams of 3-4 people and collaborate across different units within the organization.
• Ensure the reliability and scalability of built infrastructure solutions.
• Implement key system elements and conduct comprehensive code reviews.
• Analyze system performance from theoretical estimation to identifying and removing production bottlenecks.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Poland
• English and Polish: C1 level required
• Deep understanding of complex IT systems, from hardware level to software and algorithms.
• Proven experience leading project teams and designing scalable solutions.
• Strong knowledge of concurrent programming and distributed systems.
• Extensive experience in programming and proactive approach to technical ownership.
