What you will do

• Implement and maintain infrastructure as code using Terraform on AWS.
• Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines for application and infrastructure delivery.
• Drive pipeline quality by implementing automated security, compliance, and testing checks.
• Maintain cloud tooling and shared platform services to improve developer experience.
• Provide production environment support, including troubleshooting and incident response.
• Mentor other engineers and contribute to architectural design meetings.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA.
• 5-10 years of experience as a software engineer.
• Advanced AWS engineering experience (VPC, IAM, EC2, ECS/EKS, S3, RDS, etc.).
• Advanced Terraform experience designing reusable IaC modules.
• Strong automation and scripting skills (Bash, PowerShell, Python).
• Advanced CI/CD expertise for infrastructure and application delivery.

Nice to have

• Experience with C# and the .NET Core ecosystem.
• Background in benefits administration or Health & Welfare domains.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
