What you will do

• Coordinate photoshoot schedules and ensure the timely arrival of all collection styles for e-commerce shoots.
• Collaborate with the creative team on briefings, visual direction, and styling guidance.
• Manage model and stylist bookings as well as showroom availability.
• Assist the Stylist in preparing looks and organizing styling decks prior to shoots.
• Provide on-set support, including the saving, naming, and sorting of imagery.
• Execute post-production processes, including retouching and uploading imagery into the system.

Requirements

• Proven experience in studio production, fashion shoot coordination, or styling assistance.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with a high attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Solid understanding of fashion aesthetics, composition, and brand identity.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace, Excel, and GChat.
• Fluent in English and must be based in Berlin, Germany.
