What you will do

• Support internal communication measures and further develop formats such as the intranet and AdEx Digest.
• Concept, create, and maintain content and pages within SharePoint.
• Develop graphics and visual content while ensuring consistent brand presence (CI/CD).
• Assist in the design, maintenance, and further development of the company website.
• Implement and support SEO and GEO optimization measures.

Requirements

• Matriculation at a German higher education institution in Communication, Media, Marketing, Business, or a comparable field.
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills.
• Proficiency in content management systems (e.g., SharePoint) and digital tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator).
• Strong interest in internal communication and content preparation.
• A structured, independent, and proactive approach to work.
• Interest in a long-term collaboration (at least 1 year).
